My Story
Tivania Moodley is a published author, influencer, speaker, business writer and copy editor. Her debut into the world of authorship is through her autobiography, Girl on Fire. Tivania subscribes to the idea of being a truth-teller, tearing herself away from the safe comfort of certainties in a world that promotes living through illusions and lies. Tivania’s business writing skill was honed during her 15 year stint in the corporate world, within law firms and financial institutions, where she mastered the art of business jargon. With a keen eye for detail, becoming a copy editor was the natural progression.
Hailing from the small town of Pietermaritzburg in Kwazulu-Natal, Tivania broke the mould of small-town convention and cultural indoctrinations by authentically living a life that is true to herself. She is a single mum to two kids.
